There are many success story, like one of the customer is struggling in delivery of the product that he had ordered for his mother as a birthday gift, but by mistake customer had added wrong pincode. I connected with customer via outbound call and ask a detailed information about the problem he is facing, then I said customer that you had added incorrect pincode due to this your shipment is delayed. Then i arrange redelivery and it will delivered by EOD.

Customer is very happy with the service and gave 5 star rating.
And mention lots of love from my mother.
