It went for about 1.25 hours. TR round : The interviewer was very supportive and wanted a healthy discussion. First he asked about my project and questions based on my project. Q1.He asked me what is 429 error and Q2.What logic would you implement on server side so that no one calls the API infinite times. Both the questions are interrelated and he was satisfied with what i told him. Then he shifted towards the problem solving . He asked me two questions: Q1.Diameter of a binary tree. Q2.First non recurring character in a string. He focused on logic building and discussed the logic with me without showing any superiority. I corrected him once or twice as well and he was all ears. It was a very healthy discussion with a very understanding interviewer who had no ego issues.I told the logic of diameter of the tree and he was satisfied. For second question i gave O(n^2) solution ,he wanted me to write it on the compiler .Then he asked me to optimize it to linear time . He was satisfied with the optimized solution. HR round : Q1.He asked me about what I did during the lockdown ?(Basically he wanted to know if I have upgraded my knowledge during pandemic ) Q2.What is success according to you ? I recieved the result on 22 April 2022 and was selected.
