Once the interviewer will be satisfied with your verbal communication,you will be asked to appear for an online test which includes English grammer and basic mathematical calculations. Once cleared you will be asked to hear a conversation and to write the same conversation...it's not that tough ..just need to listen carefully...they won't expect 💯% to be correct.
