Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - 1.Give sufficient Mock PIs and GDs. It helps. I said sufficient not as many as possible.

2. Prepare CV workex points in detail. Don't ignore HRQs and CV points (mainly workex).

3. Read what the company is doing in the profile you're being interviewed.

4. Interactions with seniors.

5. Browse regarding HUL & particularly what HUL is doing in IT space.

6. HUL RG prepared by other institutes.

7. Prepare your CV thoroughly, mainly workex. The CV / workex points should look in line with the profile.

8. Don't just say we can use AI, ML if you want to mention. Be specific, think of points that is not general and won't be put forward by others.

9. Be genuine and show your interest. Confidence is a must. Company knows they can teach everything on the job but not attitude.

10.Remember the name of interviewer. It will help later after selection.

11. Have confidence. It looks tough but you made it to IIML you 'll make it to where you want to.

12. Don't just prepare/focus on one domain unless you have strong consulting profile. I had 25+ shortlists from varied domains.

13. All the best. This too shall pass.
