Unnecessary personal questions not related to the Job. Post interview feedback not coming either from HR or from the recruiter. Very poor recruitment culture and lot of arrogance in dealing with prospective employees. Post selection, HR does not communicate to you regarding provisional appointment letter, date of joining and candidates are left to lurch. This HR arrogance need to change.
