I feel that one should only include pointers which the candidate has a hands on and have experience in. Don't just include points in your experience just to brag or catch attention or simply just to match the requirement stated in the job role. You never know , the interviewer might ask something from a real life scenario which you might have missed in only theoritical knowledge. So for me gaining hands-on is more important than just a bookish knowledge.
