Coming to HR round. I could not say it is a HR round also. The HR directly called me on my phone and asked whether he can discuss. Then HR asked basic questions like how many YOE and relevant experience? current ctc and expected CTC, holding any offers if any how much it is? and based on we discussed on package. Then HR said he'll get back to me after discussing about the package. Then the funny thing happened, the same day Accenture released an offer with way less than what I told them as expected. HR said he'd get back to me and suddenly this happened. following that their recruitment team will eat your head for not submitting the documents. That was so rude. I tried contacting the same HR more than 2 times and dropped a mail saying that I needed to discuss further on the offer. They won't respond and after a week, HR sends a meeting link to discuss the offer. On the day of the meeting, he never joined the link and I waited for 1/2 hour and left. And again I dropped a mail to HR if he's unavailable, please share his availability. This whole process and everything is so uncertain and rude. Please don't think of job seekers as a joke. Please don't entertain this kind of behaviour from any company. If they don't want to offer that is fine than ill-treating a job seeker.
