Firstly there was a written test..which was quiet average and cut off score was around 60℅. Followed by demo lecture on any topic of your choice...but after 7-10 minutes of presenting your lecture...they start asking u conceptual questions which were quiet tough to answer.....they actually around 10 questions from whole physics of JEE level...so should be good at your basics...and in the last...a personal interview with MD Sir. Salary negotiations not allowed...they finalised 10K less than my expected salary
