Interview Preparation Tips

Round: Group Discussion
Experience: Everyone pointed out the pros and cons of working in a start up and an mnc
Tips: Whenever attending an interview for a particular company, get to know the details of the company- the work they are into...achievements etc
Duration: 1 hour

Round: Puzzle Interview
Experience: It was fun solving the puzzles...they donot always look for the right answers...they just look at the way you approach and think
Tips: Presence of mind is really important

Round: Technical + HR Interview
Experience: Many things were asked on topics on which i did not have any prior knowledge...incase i was not good at that particular topic , i frankly told them.f ew techical questions were really brainstorming...HR inteview was fun..
Tips: Do not fake anything...be it about the acedemics or about yourself...honesty is always appreciated

Experience: Aptitude and verbal ability test

Round: Group Discussion
Experience: Aptitude and verbal ability test
Duration: 1 hour

Round: Group Discussion
Experience: Almost all of us are biased towards start-up(as Tsecond is a start-up). Then one of my friend started supporting the well developed companies. Then the actual group discussion started.
Tips: In group discussion its not only about speaking, you need to listen what your peers are saying. You need to New points , not just repeating what other people told.
Duration: 1 hour 30 minutes

Round: HR Interview
Experience: Questions related to puzzle solving . This is to test how we think when we are under pressure. Then they asked my interests and questions related them.
Tips: Just be cool. Don't panic. Even if you panic don't let them know.
