Interview Preparation Tips

Round: Test
Experience: One written test. It contains two sections. The first section is of 20 minutes duration and the second section is of 30 minutes duration.
Tips: There was negative marking so you must be careful.
Duration: 50 minutes
Total Questions: 50

Round: Technical Interview
Experience: I felt the technical round was a bit tricky.
Tips: Do mini projects as much as you can.
Listen to the questions carefully before you answer.

Round: HR Interview
Experience: They asked only general interview questions.
My interview lasted for around 5 to 6 minutes.
Tips: Be confident.

General Tips: Brush up all your core subjects.
Justify yourself with your answers.

Interview Preparation Tips

Round: Test
Experience: One written test. It contains five sections.
The first section is of 20 minutes duration.
The second section is of 5 minutes duration.
The third section is of 10 minutes duration.
The fourth section is of 5 minutes duration.
The fifth section is of 30 minutes duration.
Tips: Aptitude Test - Verbal English: antonyms, synonyms, quantitative: questions on ages, geometry, simple mathematical.
Reasoning / Analytical: one simple puzzle, figures..etc. Total 20 questions in 20 minutes paper was simple one.

Technical mainly questions are from theory of machines, IC engines, thermal, production technology, industrial
engineering, mechanics of solids. Paper was bit tough with total 30 questions 30 min
Duration: 70 minutes

Round: Technical Interview
Experience: I was asked two question from the subject i like.
Tips: Prepare hard for the technical subjects.
Do your summer training in some automobile company.
Do some project in FEA.

Round: HR Interview
Experience: Only general HR interview questions were asked.
Tips: Do not bluff anything in the interview.

General Tips: Brush up all your core subjects.
Do some additional mini projects or internships.
Skills: Good technical skills., Exposure and experience in companies from internships.

After that it was mostly based on your resume.
Don't write anything in the resume that you don't know.
