Round: Group Discussion
Tips: 1.Do not dominate the group...
2.Do not argue unnecessarily
3.Let others speak, but keep in mind that u put your view before someone else says it...

Experience: 1. fav subject? ans: conctrte technology 2. why?? ans:most widely used constuctin material.... 3.after the concrete is prepared whot test u ll do on d field??// ans: slump test.... 4.describe various type of slump tests...their utility... 5. do u know any project management software??? Ans: heard of primavera and seen d demonstration of Probid in a workshop recenly held. (forgot to say abt microsoft project manager) 6. any knowledge abt any computer language?? Ans: only c and c++

2. Suppose u r given a project to do. how shall u proceed ??? Decide your goal first n set frame . Look at resources available. distribute d work so that u cud extract d best from everything u deal with. keep a look at the progress of the work.
3. Suppose u r d owner of a real estate firm. what shall u do to beat your nearest competitor??? ans: find his weak point n emphasize more on it.
4. What if he is at his best...... ans: c what customers are looking for. You provide some extra benefits in your apartment ... n gave some example.
5. You dont mind joining a company dealing more with management rather than your branch core??/ ans: not at all.management is a part of all engineering...... 6. no problem with location ??? chennai, hyde... ans. no mam, thankq
General Tips: 1. Be Cool.
2. For tech convince them that you like :estimation n costing (in 4/1) and "cpmt (in 4/2)"... as these r d subjects godrej mostly deals with.
3. Be confident while answering.
4. If u dont know something...tell politely that u ll learn it . Dont say rudely that you dont know....

Experience: There was a psychological test 90 questions in 25 minutes there was no aptitude test as such.
Round: Group Discussion
Experience: i started the discussion and gave some good points like inclusion of group activity and case studies in gd and i also said some quotes that was good enough ,they selected 2 people per group.
Duration: 10 minutes
Round: Interview
Experience: they asked application based questions like how a bottle is made ,what is the air pressure in a bicycle also they asked about the mechanism inversion.
Round: Interview
Experience: they stressed me a bit by relating my answers with the psychometric test results ,they gave real time situational problems ii was for 30 minutes.
General Tips: godrej provides a managerial post thus they want a manager rather than an engineer.so they look for good communication skills and wit so try to develop these qualities best of luck
