Gamified rounds with timer. Followed by aptitude section that had very basic aptitude questions (40)

Aptitude Test Round
Aptitude based on shared Pharma topics. Prepare based on shared topics thoroughly to get cleared easily. Then followed by comprehension wrt to the image displayed.
