Interview Preparation Tips
Round: Resume Shortlist
Experience: Pre-Placement talks - Yes & it helped me a lot in deciding the field in which I want to make my carrier.
Round: Group Discussion
Experience: First there was a GD, among 35 people, from whom they choose 8 people for PI. We were 5 people in my group for GD. They left us to decide the topic for GD. We have to decide the topic in 2 minutes. The next 10 minutes was for actual GD & finally last 3 minutes to write the minutes of our GD on a paper.
Round: Other Interview
Experience: Then there was first round of PI, from which they finalized 5 people. Then there was telephonic interview (only for two students, including me), but they were not satisfied by it so they went for 2nd round of PI. They gave final offers to only 2 people, including me.
Skill Tips: Don't forget to bring your eyes, ears & mouth to GD/PI. Eyes, to see other person/interviewer in the eye. Ears, to listen what the other person is saying & mouth to speak what you think is the best reply.
