Round: Test Experience: It was a two hour objective pattern test. Questions were mostly on mental ability, aptitude and general knowledge.
Round: Group Discussion Experience: There were 9 people in a group. It went for half an hour. They looked for leadership qualities, whether you started the discussion, whether you are able to express your thoughts, whether you are standing on your views etc.
Round: HR Interview Experience: There were three rounds. They asked HR questions, few puzzles and also few tech related questions.No particular skill are required. Minor knowledge didn’t help much.
