Interview Preparation Tips

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - For US Healthcare voice process,
I attended online video interview through teams.
There were 3 rounds totally.
First was Technical
Second was Voice and accent round
Third was HR final round

Mainly, they will check how well you communicate in English and average English speaking skills will get you this job easily.

Mainly, In voice and accent round they check your English language communication skills, your voice tone, rate of speech and vocabulary.

Not an advice it's a suggestion that
1. You need to talk in interview very confidently.
2. Answer slowly and clearly.
3. When you are tensed your response will be fast that will clearly let them know you are tensed.
4. Be sure what you are going to tell and prepare so many times do rehearsal with friend or anyone before going for final one-to-one interview.
5. If you practice what you gonna to tell several times, then only you will feel very confident and attend and do your interview perfectly as planned.

6. And speak little louder because it's a phone interview and only when you are audible well the opponent can understand what you are trying to say clearly.
7. Open fully your mouth and pronounce well each word very clearly, exactly like all US citizen speak naturally do, so that's why they communicate well to all.

If you have average communication skill you will easily get this job.
