Interview Preparation Tips
Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Not to be nervous dear job seekers, they'll just friendly at the time of interview, it's just telephonic interview for non-tech roles, they mainly recruit for customer service at first on contract basis of 6 months, your contract will be renewed by HR located in Mumbai every 6 months, after you complete 2.5 years of service at MSC, then they will hire you for permanent basis, keep in mind you'll not get any salary slip for those first 2.5 years you'll get salary slip only after 2.5 years, initial salary ranges between 17K PM ( Initial salary for freshers) to 25K PM ( for experienced up to 1 year or some more), 7 years experienced person in customer service only get 30K PM.
And at last increment is only 10â„… on annual basis, now you'll get idea of snail speed of salary growth.
