Interview Preparation Tips
Round: Group Discussion
Experience: Being in a group discussion, once has to talk in a manner such that each and every individual is able to say their point. This was being expected from each and every individual before it actually turned into a ruckus after first 2 minutes. There were a total of 10 individuals in the room and our conversations were being judged by one of the managerial bodies of the company who ultimately had to jump in between to stop the fish market like scenario. Basically, the person wanted to check our communication skills individually, but was thoroughly disappointed by the chaotic response. This is all because of the reason that it was very badly managed.
Ultimately, he had to assign us a separate topic and gave us 5 minutes time to calmly think about it. The topic this time was
