What should I do?
Fresher here, I have one year experience working for a bootstrap startup. Ive handled Django and Node backend there, written all code by myself, was pretty much the only backend developer for the product. also did some frontend.
The work pressure is getting too much, I cant balance my work life and the pay is also too less. I feel I need to switch.
Offers I have :-
1. TCS, 3.35LPA, JL not yet rcvd, location not confirmed
2. XYZCompany, 3.6LPA, Noida, 1yr bond of 90k
What should I do? Should I go for this XYZCompany? or wait for tcs? XYZCompany is not a dev heavy company, most of their work is done by QA and IT Support. But, they are saying that they will provide me with a dev role post eval after 3 months.
OR should I skip joining both the companies and practice coding? And then apply for other companies?
