Crèche & Day Care
We believe in building a relationship with the extended family - the family of our employees. To envisage the same and to achieve a work-life balance, a Crèche/Kids’ Play Area is provided in the office premises for the working parents/mothers.
Children of Sopra Steria India employees between the ages of 6 months to 6 years would be allowed to use the Crèche/Kids’ Play Area, only while the parent is on duty within the organization (in locations Noida/Chennai).

Salary Suggestion
My current salary is 28 LPA and few companies like TCS and Capgemini have rejected me after all rounds because they think my salary is high.
However I am not good with DSA to apply for good product based companies. I already resigned from my current company and relieved. I need your advice on if I should ask same 28 LPA or look for 10-20% hike?
