It provides an in-depth personal profile of the employee’s health and general well-being and acts as a preventive care measure. Family members can also avail the health screening benefits at discounted rates Employees aged less than 40 years can also avail this benefit

To envisage the same and to achieve a work-life balance, a Crèche/Kids’ Play Area is provided in the office premises for the working parents/mothers. Children of Sopra Steria India employees between the ages of 6 months to 6 years would be allowed to use the Crèche/Kids’ Play Area, only while the parent is on duty within the organization (in locations Noida/Chennai).
