Offer 1 - 36-37 LPA - Hyderabad Hybrid - Service company (30K Employee).

Offer 2- 30 LPA - Bengaluru Hybrid - Product Company(Less famous product company, but basis the interview I liked the company).

Last CTC 29 LPA including Bonus.

11 YoE .NET Dev, Offer 1-36 LPA Hyderabad vs offer 2- 30 LPA Bengaluru

Nothing as such which needs to be highlighted. Here and there are at every place but overall nothing to complaint about.

Its been more than a year i am working here and i am very satisfied with the company because they treat us like a family and we will also treat this as our own company. Poonam mam is our mentor and she guide us and motivate us.

No proper sitting place, very small office, No job security, too much politics, salaries are never on time. If you'll ask them about salary, they'll terminate you and wont give your salary then. Their are multiple people whose salaries are stuck from last 4 months. Worst company, would never suggest to anyone. In-fact their is no job security for performing employees as well.
