should I take the offer for the said hike after the said deductions
I have a current in hand salary of 1.2 per month, hybrid mode job. I got an offer from a leading airline. After deductions (performance bonus, gratuity etc), it is said to me 1.78(before tax) . they have a full time office job (not a big issue for me ).
they highlighted the offer with free tickets for family and similar perks.
From what I understand, it could be 1.5 per month. After the coming hike in April , my salary will be revised to 1.45 per month at my current company.
Should I consider the offer , for a effective hike of close to 10% for 3 months early ?
