We do plan 2-3 days team outing with immediate family members once in a year. Apart from that we do regular team dine out or do events to connect with every one through sports or cultural events. Major festivals are celebrated outside office where we all can enjoy, relax and celebrate in the theme of the festival itself.

For newbies and trainees we do have a carefully crafted Buddy program where they will have a proper syllabus and schedule to follow. This will have sessions from our senior leaders, their video recording sessions, one-on-one assistance etc. with milestones & tasks to achieve. We also have regular mentor program with our mentors to the employees. They do it in terms of updating with the tech and industry specifics.
