The culture, opportunity for everyone, transparency and value for all. A True Employee Centric Organization

They don't have work flow continues. Then you should be work with other department. Less job security.
If you have family / Home loan, then you should be strictly avoid this organization.
You need to speek multiple stakeholders for get you own work, otherwise you will lose job. Also I got noticed, because I don't have work now.
