Help to Understand
I have below 2 offers. which one to join. Need some guidance.
1. Luxoft - 31 fixed lpa. WFH. No joining bonus.
2. TCS - 33 fixed . over all ctc - 36. no WFH. 1 lac joining bonus
(temporarily hybrid 3 days in client location which is near to my place till the time assigned to same project)
