Career Advice

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience  Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

Everytime new policies rise up whenever company feels like according to their own benefits and not as per employee benefits. Attrition rate is very high only few people remain.
