Once in 5 - 6 month, we all go to some place for around 20 days, we work from there, enjoy there, Rome around the beautiful city and carry on the fun!

At Degpeg, we have an immediate reward system in which if a candidate performs good in 1 - 2 months we reward them. Reward can be in terms of hike, bonus, appraisal, gift vouchers, company sponsored foreign trips with family or we will pay your Childs education fee.

I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA
They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
