11 YoE .NET Developer, I'm already in Bengaluru.

Offer 1 - 36-37 LPA - Hyderabad Hybrid - Service company (30K Employee).

Offer 2- 30 LPA - Bengaluru Hybrid - Product Company(Less famous product company, but basis the interview I liked the company).

Last CTC 29 LPA including Bonus.

11 YoE .NET Dev, Offer 1-36 LPA Hyderabad vs offer 2- 30 LPA Bengaluru

Salary  not enough... Iam joining company before..I have 13 years indian experience..and 2 years Qatar experience..but basic salary very low..same labour basic..now 5 Year's nearly finished..still 1 riyal also no increase.. company good..but management too worst

Customers feedback system is not properly reviewed and action to be taken based on feedback  for further development.
