Aspire Systems Track Lead Benefits

We support the intellectual pursuits of Aspirians by providing a Tuition fee Refund. This helps them to enhance their competencies by pursuing higher studies and applying for technology certifications and ascend further in their career, adding value to themselves and the organization. An Aspirian is eligible for receiving an amount of INR 20,000 each year.

We encourage Aspirians to take up volunteering activities beyond work that could make a positive impact on society. We work on various social causes, including but not limited to education, environment, livelihood, health care, etc. We partner with multi-stakeholders, including non-profits, corporates, and other like-minded organizations.

- Mind Spa is our in-house counseling program where Aspirians can speak to a certified psychological counsellor in confidence. They can have about 2-6 sessions with the counselor, which could extend if they need more time. The sessions are now being held virtually on a weekly basis to cover all locations. - Each of our Business Units have a dedicated HR Partner to ensure better connect with their teams and help provide expedited resolutions. - E-Pulse is an initiative that allows Aspirians to express their feedback to their HR Partner.
