I work in the engineering team - Good colleagues, People are helpful and very talented - The overall company culture is decent - Office is great and very spacious. Top quality equipment to work with - Learning opportunities are decent since a lot of things are being built from scratch as well

- Overengieering, Overengieering, Overengieering - team culture is bad - Unfortunately the Engineering leadership lives in a fantasy land and does the fansy stuff for to appear relevant. Pretty much like a fascist leadership who are not aware of ground reality - Unfair treatment of the team. Someone who delivers minimum and someonewho delivers maximum get the same hike - The team is overworked and squeezed. I won't be surprised if there are resignations - This is not a startup, But the team culture is created like a high stress startup...Read More

Excellent work culture, strong belief and practices of employee welfare and great work life balance. Fairly good pay, defined appriasal cycles and parameters. Was fortunate to have an excellent manager as well.

Dislikes

Nothing in specific. A lot of companies out there are very toxic. WeWork is indeed an excellent organization to work with.
