When I was joined in SMEC that time it was a very good company. I'm 58 yrs old now, I have work with this company from 1st March 1999 still August 2024. My family was depending on my salary. It is very hard to say this is very horrible time to manage my family. My job is remaining another two years but new management from AECom who are joined in SMEC they are really not good people. They are harassment to me and turcher also....Read More

Dislikes

Because of new management who those people finish my job before retirement. There's no complaint against me and my work. They didn't gave time to terminate. Immediate termination letter to handed over to me . They are very bad people including Abinash Mishra, Sushant sehre , Ashok Kumar and another more people. They don't work anything, only politics.not good people.

Although I have been working with Smec India and SMEC INTERNATIONAL from 2011. I have worked for company and loyal and I have learned a lot of things and gained a lot of knowledge and skills during my career.

Dislikes

However I have been loyal to the company but there is no job security. After finishing the project, company didn't keep me in other company. Just like use and throw. So I dislike for this attitude.

Worst Company to join for anybody. It has no respect for even very senior knowledgeable experts & Consultants and treat them as normal employees by senior people of the Company. No job security for freshers or anybody. Very poor management and leadership.
