It's a great company to work for as Mr Hiranandani is a great personality who believes in quality of the product. Working for him was my dream which came true work life balance is amazing company thinks for their employee. I used to have great colleagues who supported me then and even now we are in touch and we have formed a great family together big thumbs up for the overall company

Dislikes

There's a lot of ego clashes between the departments due to which bottom level employees suffers, rules and regulations are strict for the lower level employees but mid level management can be flexible with the rules as they have worked for the company for a longer period of time. Mid level management supports each other due to their seniority but harasses the lower level employee. Scope of learning differs from person to person, it all depends under which site head you are working as the egos of site head is so big that due to there mental harassment i had to leave the job....Read More

I enjoyed working at Hiranandani Powai a lot. I never felt that I was working under pressure. Even if I felt pressure, all the staff from top to bottom helped each other immediately. I liked this a lot and I left the job on my own will. There was no pressure. I really enjoyed working at Hiranandani.
