Description
Job Title: HR Intern (Recruitment)
Location: Sarjapura Road, Bangalore
Type: Work From Office (WFO)
Stipend: 6,000 to 12,000 + Variable Components
Duration: 6 Months
Immediate Joiners Preferred
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings and sourcing candidates
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews
- Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates
- Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics
- Help develop and implement recruitment strategies
