NoBroker started in 2014, with an aim to solve the problems in Core Real Estate, associated with Buying, Renting, and Selling. The inception stemmed from a shared conviction that paying exorbitant brokerage costs should not be the sole means of identifying a new home. NoBroker effectively addressed this problem by creating a transparent marketplace that allows for a free exchange of information. We disintermediated the real estate market, served 3 Crore+ customers over our 10 years of existence and have saved a whopping Rs. 16,000 Cr+ in brokerage for common man.
