Here no anything is their to like everything is bad

Dislikes

Everything is bad no proper salary from 3 months, if we ask they will say your productive call not done.. But i will do 150% pc. Bakwaas don't do job here it's fake for DSR employees. They don't give salary... Only incentive u will get that also 2k to 4k that's it... And we have to work 9am to 9pm...

There is a lot of politics. & timely Damage/ Expiry issue not Solved.. Salary is decent but expance pass not perfect.. every month Deduct unnecessary amount..

Renowned Brand. Most are no 1 in their category One of the best pay master as per industry norms

1) Job insecurity/ Extreme work Pressure. 2) No control on business hygiene as far as product price in open market. 3) Pathetic/Toxic/Scary Work Culture. 4) Always finger point on others. I highly recommend to not join Zydus Wellness. They are making mockery of employee.
