...enment is transparant .tjere is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcafe for chilling.Company policies are good appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't addrrss our issues salary is decent but career growth is slow .there is a bond of 2year before which you cannot resign on the job training is not given to new joinees

I was in Zespira Division totally working culture very pathetic and very much pressure also ABM and RBM both are bad person always told Adjustment Adjustment only

All are very pathetic condition request to all of you please don't join Zydus any division also every time you feel like you are jobless 😔

Worst place to work, I don't recommend anyone to apply in this organisation. Worst work culture and management is pathetic.

Blame culture, seniors never give solutions and always blame there subordinates for unethical sales.

My Seniors, my collegues and and the team was supportive. Process oriented. Entry and exit process. Cross functional team support. Hybrid word system

No clarity - To be honest the whole and sole reason for me leaving zulydus was because i wasnt getting any clarity. The MD was changed, the strategy was change, and i came just during the transition and i dint get any clarity and confidence on the leader challenger and guerilla docs which were set by the reps. Totally disliked the brand plan process. Delhi guest house - Pathetic stay place while work If monday to fri is working then there should be a strict policy to not connect employees to work on sat and sun.

There is no job security in zydus, manager forced to do unethical sale (trading). If you not do so they haras you mentally.

Dislikes

There culture they don't even trust there hard working employee they just want unethical sales manager and Regional manager forced to spend your money on trading. One of the bad experience I had to work with zydus.
