For East Region RM Mr. Jitendra Singh Bika was very rude behave like a unprofessional If you have given your best but still haven't flattered the regional manager then you are the worst manager And Mr Basuki Jha who is take care of east Region Most Faltu Hr. Actually he don't know about hr Policy

...less, every day staff work around 11 to 12 hours working, including manager.... But salary is getting only 8 hours .. need to work on manpower working culture...

Management will treat you like a slave ..staff have some some respect but store manager doesn't have that too..12hra duty .every week two day day night day shift .they want to complete the work at any cost either u do night or ur team..

Backdated system and old method are in use till now in 2022 same in store operation and HR attendance also. Poor work culture. Worst HR policies. Maximum time day to night to again day or evening shift duty. Maximum time 10 to 12 hours duty but HR not take any action. Work life balance is zero. Attrition rate is high against others company. Company motive is employee spend 24 hours at store. Unwanted visits happens maximum time. Promotion depending on higher authorities feedback but not happening any exam. Maximum time higher authority blackmailed about work and abused their position power. At the time of hiring many important points likes day to night duty, unplanned work, duty hours hide from employee. Not proper planning about stock supply from DC. Fews staff but huge unplanned work.

Work life balance, Salary ,work setisfaction Is too poor bad behaviour of seniors Hr Dont listen to Department managers he always hear the store manager ..so much ignorance.No timing company shedule 9 hours for shift but here is different from the mentioned timeing.
