The policies have been improved a lot in the past couple of years. In the technology division, the company allows full-time remote working, unlike most companies which are forcing employees to return to office.

Some of the policies still need improvements to be on the good side of market standards. But as I mentioned above, the improvements are happening.

The ambience around candor is good as lot of options to eat food

Dislikes

Almost lot of stuff:- - No work from home for new joinees (they give excuse that its not allowed but as per their convince its allowed) - shift timings is so strict almost night shift - they hire on third party payroll which makes no job security - not providing nearest location as they have two locations

They take fresher in bulk when they need and fire them when ever they want. When the work is low they fire them without any specific reason. No work life balance. They force you to do overtime even if you don't want to do. please do not do the mistake of joining this organisation.

Here, favouritism, politics is very much in team. There is always poking by one guy, you are given to manage 50-50% and look into 2or more teams and other person is only looking into half part of a team. They continuously find reason to demean you even you are really doing good and people across are applauding you for your great performance and he just wants to poke you n highlight you to show you have some faults in front of others. Never I will apply again here. Worst people, worst culture, lot of favouritism n politics
