Salary is worst compare to other companies there won't be any salary difference between senior engineer and engineer if they higher new engineer the new engineer salary will higher than the senior engineer. My recommendation is we need to move after working here for a year or two.

Likes

The company will provide an opportunity to learn and grow independently. Since the hierarchy is flat, you have the freedom to approach top management for anything that you required to be addressed. Zilogic is the platform where you can develop your skill widely and catch up, the place where you wanted to be in.

The company should be updated with the market standards and should accept the changes very fast.

There is some training programs and learning aspect to this work experience.

Dislikes

The work culture in the client locations, for me, it was Visteon, I have to mention is abysmal.... Really, there has to be an effort by the HR in Visteon to adhere to the work timings mentioned in the offer letter.... Really, converting day shift timings to night shift timings is not Upto the mark of a responsible HR/organization

Management follows Flat Hierarchy, So you dont feel domination from seniors, Equal importance will be given to all the employees. We learn something Every day.

Dislikes

I have been worked for 5.6 years, I dont find any negative about working at zilogic.
