It's a small scale and tier 3 supplier company for big customers like Rane, Borgwarner, Hyundai, Nissan. I learn some new components and how it to be used, manufacturing process, Quality analysis and then dispatch.. As a fresher am able to learn such a new things..

...and not even permanent. Its all depending upon the companies current situation.. there are some issues between management so that receiving salary, appraisal are difficult.. and the food is average and employee safety measures are poor..

Experience - 5.9 Tech - React.js CTC- 13LPA Current company - TCS Offer in the process - Nagarro (19LPA) My LWD is 24th May, but I told Nagarro I can be released in 30 days. Now, should I: 1. Be honest and say I can join on 25th May? 2. Commit to 25th April and request a DOJ extension later?(By telling them some emergency) Q1). If I choose option 1, is there a risk they won’t release the offer?(As I am being hired for a particular project, so will they go for some immediate candidates?) Q2). If I choose option 2, could they revoke the offer?(As the HR told changing the DOJ in released offer letter is not possible
