Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. Managers do not value an individual unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestion most of the times. I do receive appreciation emails from my client but they go unnoticed during my mid day appraisal.

You won’t get recognized unless you’re in favor with the manager. Promotions are not based on your performance; they depend entirely on how close you are to your leads and managers. If you speak up, you may end up being targeted by management. There’s a lack of positive atmosphere on the floor. Growth is very slow. Many employees are family members or have strong connections within the organization, making it difficult to challenge them. Managers consistently give special treatment to a select few while overlooking others. There’s clear bias in the assignment of projects, responsibilities, and opportunities for advancement. Managers should set the tone for a professional workplace, but inappropriate jokes only undermine respect and professionalism, which is essential for a productive work environment. Here the managers always shows sympathy to those who cry sort for pretending false and values those people who disrespectfully to them and those fawning, the worst part is you won't stay anymore daily the same routine you just feels to frustrating here every day new things happen to those who not bothered with this 😔 on the time of appraisal they stay every one is on the same track and all stuff but at the end they didn't get the person who really puts their efforts after that they just disappointed not professional all here 50% of the family members to them the cover-up
