First,there is no job security. Secondly,no timely payment of your salary and the main thing is u have to remind them for salary payment. They will attract you with words,showing money... please don't fall for that.

Likes

Management is a great team, accessible to even the new hire. Very good work culture. Job security is more than any other trading firms (like Futures first, Axxela) as here they are willing to bet on you in the long run, sometimes ignoring how you perform in the short term.

Dislikes

Fixed part of compensation is a bit low, but in the long run it shouldn't be a big issue as you would be earning way higher through variable component. It's only an issue initially.

It is the best platform for those who want to perform in the financial markets. The culture is very warm here. Every candidate is given attention and on the job training is provided.

The only thing which can be improved is the base salary. The base salary is a bit less than peers,

there is alot to learn esp if youre keen for performance based comp. only international markets. hours are mainly US hours. Flexibility and no politics. Good starting for fresher as they take without experience. just bastic knowledge about futures/options, yield curve. bonus paid monthly

...one is independet. markets can be exciting but challenge too. patience required. base pay is ok but i heard others have good bonus on top.

It was a great experience during working in Zephirum and there was good work environment. Teammates are suportive. Company policies are good.

Salary is decent but, there is no job security, no salary hikes and career growth is slow.
