No Job security, manager can fire any time without any prior discussion, no HR policy, hire n fire, run for timely pick of rollers from Customer place and run behind production team to get it done on time, even it will not done on time, lot of complaints from customer.

No Job Security. Work culture is too bad, have to deal in local parties. Company is not familiar with Management word.There is nothing like company policies.

Sales Person is responsible for material Pickup and Dispatch to Client. They give salary too late.

Very poor management and work environment actually no management in the company only some 2-4 people who are actually non technical running the management who don't know anything my experience is poor. In simple and sort "na learning na earning"

Dislikes

Thera is a lot of politics if you are from a technical background you can't work on this environment because some non technical person are rolling with management who don't understand any technical issues. Also they are spoiling your carrier. There is lot of issues i can't explain everything here.
