The HR department will sell you a dream of learning remarkable things about AI, but they lack knowledge in this area. They rely on tools like GPT rather than building their own AI solutions.

As people are surviving here from last 6-7 years without having any knowledge. So I can say that job is secure.

Dislikes

They want you to work at weekends not once but every weekend. Company will treat you as a slave. Your job is only secure if you join politics with seniors (Mayank, Meghana, Seema, Akash). If you know how to sugar-coat things.. Congratulations you will get promoted but do not expect reasonable hike.

Work culture is very good, they understand employees needs and they motivate the employees so that they can groom themselves and bring best out of them. Company is working on very upgraded tech stack , they are bringing alot of changes in the process which is making the work environment more stable and everyday you will learn a lot.

Dislikes

I have worked in many startups and mid level companies in my career span, I have never seen such organised and well cultured organisation. There are no cons, except if you consider sometimes working for long hours because of the unexpected challenges because of dynamic business demands.

Engineering Manager Akash has absolute power over the people working in India. He can get rid of people as he feels like. If you ask questions, you’re going to have hard time. If you don’t it’ll be the same. They won’t assign tasks to you. If you don’t do what they say blindly and if you’re a cooperative and honest with everyone. You will get used. HR is cheap as shit. They don’t know a shit about professional communication. They change policies and force their employees to follow it. If you expect support you will get an answer like we won’t help you. And, Threaten you that you will lose your job.
