I appreciate that the company provides a good overall experience,with a positive work-life balance,competitive salary and benefits and satisfactory job satisfaction.The opportunities for skill development and learning are excellent, which is crucial for my professional growth. Additionally,the company culture is supportive and conductive to a productive work environment.

Fast paced work environment, good for one who would like to learn things really quick as opposed to MNCs where it takes months or years to learn what you learn here in a month or two. A great starting point for coding savvy people and hustlers who would love to go the extra mile to improve their technical know-how i.e. those ready to spend any amount of time on it. Not very suitable for people who would want a fixed working time and lesser work pressure. Also has many perks such as a great leave policy, work from home.

Dislikes

...hierarchy in the organization is a problem to address employees issues at times. Above all, the salary paid to freshers is absolutely not on par with industry standards. Salary here starts at around 7 LPA (6 base) while freshers in other companies are nowadays, paid atleast 8-9 LPA.

Dislikes

Worst work culture you can ever find in any company, literally BYJU 2.0. They have little to no projects in hand right now and have resorted to firing developers within 2-3 months of joining after putting them in a PIP. No heads or tails in management, the so called learning and development team members are non-technical or come from dubious backgrounds like "freelancers", college lecturers and even former White Hat junior instructors. Do not join this company if you want peace of mind. Will put a black mark on your resume.

Work culture of the compy is very good and they contiuniously engage their employees for learning new technologies and developing new skills.

Dislikes

The salary is discriminating and its vary amoung the persons. There is partialy amoung the employess.
