The work culture at the company is excellent, allowing for a perfect balance between work and personal life. I am currently pursuing my MBA alongside this job, and I can manage both work and study commitments. The team leaders are highly supportive, not only assigning tasks but also helping us to complete them. I have a supportive manager, a great work environment, and ample opportunities to learn. The company organizes "Ask me anything" sessions to help us build our skills and address any questions we may have, both work-related and personal. These sessions provide valuable insights into problem-solving and personal development, guiding us on how to improve our knowledge and skills. I am particularly grateful for the opportunity to interact with our MD, Mr. Mahesh Bhalla, during one of these sessions. He is an inspiring personality, and I learned a lot of things from him. I like most of the things about working here however, I would like we get flexible working hours and work from home.
