Salary Discussions, Hike & Promotions

My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?

Company is fraught with so many legacy issues. Subhash Chandra is now 75 and grown senile -- evident in his move to block Modi and BJP rallies, his stunt to fire senior resources like CFO and Product Head in front of every employee on the floor, and Zee's move to lay-off resources who had been with the company for even more than 15 years. Very insecure environment in the company. Some inept team leads who are chamchas of Dept Heads are being protected by their aforementioned bosses in order to keep a stronghold of yes men on the floor. It's a sinking ship. Stay clear.
