...hers is good Zealous. No cab facility Low package Salary Good work environment Proper time maintenance & increase salary package. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds,and we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee re-hire policy here.

Compensation is decent, but growth in s slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 10 hours straight in a day as I have to attend meeting they use our training period as their work period. So less training period they have 10 day's of training period but they train only 2 days.

that organisation everything was good. that organisation not have rotational shifts. that is only negative.

This management doesn't our issue, salary is decent but career growth is slow.there is no agreement company. On the job training is not given to new jonee

...ly. So dont trust this company. Management treat like machine not like a humans. Salary also very worst. Promotion hike percentage only 1000 giving. If u asked more percentage , managment simple saying hike percentage is not mantatory.
