Opportunity for candidates: Zafco offer the candidates the chance to present their skills through interviews and presentations which can be a good way to assess fit for the role.

Lack of Transparency: After assuring a candidate of their final selection, reopening the hiring process without clear communication is unprofessional and damages trust. Delayed Process: The offer letter was delayed for over 2 weeks with no valid explanation provided, leading to frustration and a poor candidate experience. Unclear decision-making: Asking for additional information ( interview questions, presentation PPT) post-selection creates confusion and raises questions about the evaluation process. Poor follow-up: Ignoring candidate follow-up or providing vague responses reflects poorly, on the company's professionalism and respect for the candidate's time. Ethical Concerns: Assuring a candidate of their selection and then reconsidering without justifications is ethically questionable and harms the company's reputation.

Please dont join to ruin your carrier , I did my best, I improved there trust pilot ratings , still they fired me. Most shocking the manager and the HR will ask to put down the papers, if you approach the director he or she is just mummed .

Worst company to work , please dont join , they fired me for no reason, the manager and hr calls me says they dont need me, cannot specify why are they sacking me out of job when i performed well improved their ratings in trust pilot , gorgias, The HR and the manager will ask you to put down the papers. Such a horrible company build up to ruin carrier of every individual.

Never ever get a job in this company, everything is horrible, the most pathetic management, there is a woman sitting in some part of the world and everything should happen as she wishes, her attitude is worst than anything, if at all she comes out of that organisation I am sure she will be nothing but a beggar,

Horrible company to work with. High level management doesnot give a damn about the employees working. They will treat u as labour's. Horrible working culture.

For company you are nothing more than slave, will never recommend anyone to join this company. If you are relative to anyone in the higher management then its ok if you work here.
