I admire the work culture here, whenever you stuck there are so many helping hands The company is open for innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that i am a part of a team that design and develop high quality product. Another plus point is colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, still we celebrate all the events like ganesh chaturthi, navratri, christmas, etc. We also have sports day yearly where many indoor and outdoor games are held along with one day outing and team lunch. Another good thing is we get awards and rewards as appreciation for better performance. Management is very co-operative, they help you in professional growth like assigning udemy accounts, refunding certifications, credits for learning hours and if any personal help is required then also management is always ready.

Dislikes

This is not a dislike but a drawback that company doesn't have the onsite opportunity.

Likes

Work-life balance. The Head of Engineering and team leaders are great and inspirational people. Learning is good.

Dislikes

1.No career Growth in the terms of money. 2.Manager don't know anything about the product but still try to teach you and don't take ownership of their work. Main problem: 3.Other teams' leaders will harass you, especially DBAs. They don't have any knowledge on the database side. I don't know how they have been working for years. If you ask any database-related questions even on their work, they will say arrange a call and add all the database administrators on that call. I don't understand why they need their whole team to address one small doubt. And you can't do anything about it because they hold the most senior positions in the company.
